The company, CR Doors SE, Inc. was created in April, 2009 by Sheila Ticktin who is currently the sole owner and president. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa. and graduated from Penn State University with a degree in education.
Sheila worked originally with her late husband, as partners, for 18 years at Commercial & Residential Doors, Inc. During this time the business grew from just a commercial enterprise to include a large and complete selection of residential doors and hardware.
The company’s focus today includes sales, service and installation of commercial hollow metal steel doors & frames, commercial wood doors, storefront doors, commercial hardware such as panic devices, exit devices, hinges, thresholds, sweeps, locksets, vertical rods, closers, pivots, etc.
The residential division includes sales, service, and installation of Entry and Interior doors for every room in your home. There are fiberglass doors, wood doors, sliding patio doors, and french doors. Sidelites can be added to any door. In addition, we sell certified hurricane and fire rated doors & parts.
The products we carry vary from the mid-range to very high-end doors with a sufficient selection to satisfy anyone’s style and budget. CR Doors takes pride in the quality of the products offered and the service given to our customers.

Michael Ticktin, COO
Michael Ticktin started selling residential doors and hardware over 25 years ago with Commercial & Residential Doors, Inc.
For the past 14 years, he has been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with CR Doors SE, Inc.. He implements business operations, establish policies that promote company culture and vision, and overseas operations of the company.
As my son and right hand, I am happy to have him as an important part of my life and business.
Craig Ticktin, CFO
Craig Ticktin started leaning the door business over 25 years ago. He started in the Commercial Department in the Warehouse receiving products. After becoming familiar with all the products, he then began installing and eventually moved to the quoting department.
Now for the last 14 years, he has been involved with CR Doors SE, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) quoting and estimating all the sales for the company.
Craig is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of both the commercial and residential door business and is happy to help you with all your door needs.
Craig lives in Dunedin Florida and has three beautiful children.
Ed Frank, CIO
Ed Frank has been installing doors for over 20 years. He has worked with CR Doors SE, Inc. since it has been created in 2009. He is now part of CR Doors as our Chief Information Officer (CIO). Ed is responsible for the management and implementation of information for all our door and hardware needs.
And, as our main installer, you can expect to get an expert installation of commercial, residential, interior or exterior units. He is very talented and creative with wonderful carpentry and mechanical skills.
CR Doors is lucky to have such a capable person.
